First let me star off saying that I did not expect any of my deposit back especially after the way I seen how the done other people. One family stayed six months and they kept all their deposit. You are charge much repairs keep needed to be done same thing how many times not get it right. They don't charge the bugs rent. I had catch the bugs in a plastic bag to prove they were there and I didn't bring them with me roaches, daughter had bed bugs and then they want charge for worn carpet that was more than five years old. Office Manager when went to talk to her about the rent it was always something different. She tell this what you owe in full and this what next month rent is it would be something totally come next fees she corporate and here we were we have balance for May, and June but just now hearing about it. Mine you this was a model unit and empty for six months and had to be debug the unit at least 6 months before that I found that out from the person that stayed there before me we work together and came over and saw the carpet and said was the same she had. Let me tell we received notice that the complex had a over due bill from consumer services of 30,000.00 and every unit would be paying extra to pay off this bill. I was not even living when they created this mess bad management by somebody. Parking is a nightmare people park in the middle of the parking lot 911 would have a hard time reaching people. DO NOT get drawn in by the looks on the website of the place you will wish have never done it. They want me to pay to fix that NEVER worked I was there!!!
