This complex HAS the potential to be luxury and high end. Unfortunately, it's far from average. I personally have experienced a nightmare of a living situation for the past three years. Absolutely avoid this apartment at all costs and save yourself time, money and the headache by renting from Kirkland Crossing, the Avalon or another smaller community. The amount of crime in the immediate area should be a concern anyone considering renting from the Villaggio. The police are here every week for a number of issues including: car break ins, trespassing, apartment break-ins and hit and runs. Do not expect employees in the lobby to take accountability for ANYTHING. The staff turnover is insane and the manager (if you're able to find their name) will refuse to address any issues. The fountains have been broken for a year, the tennis court has a dangerous sinkhole and has been closed for a year, amentities are used by random people and pet urine/feces is littered all over the grounds and elevators. They charge a $30/month amentity fee and will also charge you to rent or use the cabana, movie theater or conference room. That's if they don't "lose" your reservation and double book another person for the same date. Just say no to the Villaggio.
