Ok, here we go... I've lived here for a little over a year now... I'll start with the PROS: The staff is really friendly- I've had no problems with any of them. They have always been helpful/nice. Maintenance is great they are pretty responsive and I've never had a problem with them either. I love that this place has a pool. It's a nice add to the property. It doesn't smell as bad as some places if lived/been to in the past. Which is impressive because of the dogs/cats. It's smoke free. It is pet friendly. They have a free dog walking service. Landscaping/pool area look pretty nice all the time. Sadly the cons list is longer... The first weekend after I moved into this apartment I had the cops called on me for having a "party". In reality, I was playing wii tennis in my apartment- by myself. I'm not going to say I don't get into my video games but common... the police? Really new neighbors? Really? Thanks for welcoming me to the neighborhood. Next time... knock on my door and tell me to be quiet. or come play wii tennis with me. That being said, the walls are paper thin... I can hear my neighbors cough and sneeze among other things and I can hear every creaky footstep my upstairs neighbor takes (which is awesome because he/she gets up at 6:34am every morning) In my opinion it's very overpriced and bums me out that pretty much nothing is included in your rent. I was paying the same thing living in northgate for 300 more square feet. There's dog doodie everywhere in the courtyard (This isn't really the apartments fault they have a poo container outside it's just people don't pick it up and it's not enforced.) Parking is pretty much impossible to find, (especially at night) unless you pay for a spot. Lately, people have been parking in random places that aren't actually spots. They are probably going to be crushed by the firetrucks that come around about 1/2x a month. As stated in a previous review from someone else- my drawers also stick and some are warped to the point where they can't even close (but I knew this moving in). The gym leaves much to be desired but at least they have something. You can pay your rent online but there's a huge "convenience" fee if you want to use a credit card. It's not awful here- I just wish the walls were thicker and some stuff was included in rent. I will be moving in a couple of months.
