The management is pretty nice and does their best to attend repairs, issues, and complaints. Parking is fine, although sometimes crowded in the evening. Grounds are well kept and the fitness center isn't bad. But the place is what you pay for. It's a reasonably priced apartment building down the street from a strip club- and it shows in your neighbors. People are loud, smelly, and messy and the thin walls and dirty hallways reveal it. During the summer, it's hard to sleep with you windows open because people are so loud outside (I swear everyone in the complex but me is a smoker). The hallways have stains all over the carpet and I have never once seen or heard someone vacuum them. The outside facing walls of our apartment grew over with mold during the winter, staining the furniture we put against those walls. Aside from my sister coming into town, I have never once had a guest over because I am so ashamed of my disgusting building. Search long and hard before settling here; it's not the worst place, but there is better out there.
