First things first, the grounds are appealing. Management is effective, maintenance guys are efficient.
However, parking is an absolute joke, a nightmare, non-existent. There have been times that I get off work at 9 p.m, drive into the complex by 9:15 and drive around looking for parking until 10 or later. There have been other times that I actually burn through so much gas looking for parking that I have to drive across the street to get gas... Yea. Or you could spend $50/month for a spot that will often get taken :)
Neighbors smoke weed, lots of it. Dogs ---- everywhere, lots of it. People throw parties and take up lots of parking spaces, all the time.
The layout of my 2bd/2bath is very practical though, and hard to find elsewhere.
