I was a little hesitant about moving in, because of my bad experiences at other apartments. However, I was very pleased. I was living in a studio, although small, is sufficient for one person. My area is quiet, I was on the third floor so no annoying sounds of walking up above me. In fact, my mom thought the place was going to be ------, but when she came to visit she was pleasantly suprised with the upkeep of the buildings, and how nice the interior was as well. And the price was pretty good: $593. Staff very helpful, and if you ever go to them with a complaint, they have a maintence worker on hand IMMEDIATELY. The only complaints I have is #1...don't expect friendliness from neighbors, you won't get that here. People are antisocial, and keep to themselves. Also, be prepared. My rent jumped up $70 extra a month, at my 9 month lease renewal, one of the reasons I have to move. Otherwise, it's excellent place! and i would recommend.
TRANSPORTATION NEEDS HELP: Also, a few other things. If you take a bus, the community transit doesn't run on Sundays, kind of a bummer. Also, the park and rides nearby with 1000 or more spots are literally FILLED up by 730am in the morning mon-friday.I have to drive about 8 miles to catch a 511 into Seattle.
