I have lived at this place for a little bit less then a year. Campo Basso LOOKED great. but the closer I got the more I realized it was a dump. one of the main reasons i moved in was the basketball court. I looked forward to being able to play, but as soon as I moved in and walked over to the court I found out how beat up it was. Not only was the court beat up, with cracks in the concrete, no nets AND bent rims. it was also COVERED in different drug paraphernalia, needles, ropes, and not to mention a few USED condoms. now the tenants at Campo Basso are over all pretty friendly, but the front office staff is the worst. they ignore calls blow off call backs and don't keep their tenants informed. now I don't think they are bad people I think that EPIC needs to hire more staff, because there are only 3 girls running that place. the stores in the area are okay, just your normal stuff like Safeway and Starbucks, but unless you are fearless or a giant man, you shouldn't be walking out side past dusk. which during the winter is `2 in the afternoon. the homeless issue is very apparent in this area, and they are the worst kind of homeless (drugged up).
Oh and a quick side-note, my car has been broken into twice living here, I lived in Downtown Seattle, and I parked on the street, and never had that happened
