Station Nine Manager

Hello Mary, I am so sorry that we let you down when you moved in and as I have said before, I am very sorry that we were unable to provide you with a home that could accommodate all of your family members; human, furry, and those with scales and gills. We pride ourselves on showing homes that are ready for move-in as a way of being able to show what a home will look like when someone makes it their own, and not when it looks as if someone has made the home well lived. Again, I am sorry for letting you down and for having you feel as if you were made to stay in a home that you were not happy in. I thank you so much for your honest feedback and comments. Resident satisfaction is important to us, as is building a true sense of community. With changes in staff it would be hard to form connections, and I would love to change that. Were there events or activities that you feel would better bring the community together? I would love to discuss possible options with you. I also appreciate your feedback on parking and would like to let you know that we are instituting some new parking restrictions to cut down on multiple vehicles, as well as ensuring daily walks for parking permits so that you can enjoy activities outside of your home and still find parking when you return. It is also good to hear feedback regarding our security patrol and I will be in touch today to discuss the level of care and respect that I expect than to show.
