Not Impressed
I've lived in the Willows for almost a year now, and am clearly not impressed with their level of "services". I have been told several times (for the past 6 months) that they have new blinds and a dining room fan to install, however even finding them on-site is a task. During "normal" daytime hours (before 10pm), they are rarely on the complex. They have to be reminded constantly when something needs to be done. I don't have time to be someone's personal assistant!Share This Review
