Where do I start, I moved into Shorewood Heights about 8 months before Riverstone Residential Group took over. As soon as the new management was in place Shorewood started on a downhill slop of decay. Shorewood Heights use to look like a golf course, there is stack of ladders that are in front of the buildings that have been there since the end of summer they have been there this whole time that they are starting to rust. I have told the office several times about this have they been removed no. Even before the storms we had this winter, the complex has just gone down hill. Office staff is hardly even there, you can see them always on a smoking break at least every hour. If you leave a voice mail do not except that they will call you back because they don t. I told the property manager that I left 3 voice mails and I received no call backs. I was told I never called them on the dates mentioned. I had to bring a copy of my cell phone bill to prove to her that they never called me back and also that I did make 3 phone calls to the office in dates in question. Of course she did not know what do to or say when I brought in my cell phone bill with the calls I made and showing that no one in the office did not return my phone calls. Reason for all the phone calls was because nothing was done about the mold growing around my windows I was actually blamed by the management that the mold was my fault??

The only good thing about the property is the location neighbors are friendly and the pavilion staff are great!

Great location ..poor management
