Shore Apartments is a quiet neighborhood with a safe location, parking, and plenty of amenities around to keep any resident busy. Leasing office is friendly, communicative with questions, and the maintenance team is efficient and helpful.

Overall our experience has been good, good location, great value for money, staff are helpful, apartments are big. Although the grounds need some attention as the garden light fixtures are broken, quite a bit of litter on the property and lots of dog poop.

Friendly residents, staff. I love the openness of the grounds. Great access to Bellevue and Seattle. Sometimes finding a parking spot is difficult especially on weekends. I especially like the hard wood floors in my unit.

Shorewood is in a lovely neighbourhood with easy access to grocery stores, parks and a quick ride to downtown. The property is well maintained, service is great and staff are friendly. The apartments are neat and spacious.

Shorewood is a great place to live. Great location, great people, clean, safe, quiet, all around A+. I love that it is situated in between Seattle and the Eastside, making it easy to get to either location for shopping or work.

Shorewood maintenance team is amazing, the grounds are kept up beautiful, lots of green space for pets and the community is located in an amazing area. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends.
