Very sad that in 2015 the building that I live in will no longer exist. The apartments are very big for a reasonable price in a good location. I love that I can walk to Ranch 99 and there is a bus stop right outside the complex. Parking is free and there is enough space. I don't think we will opt to stay here (to be moved to a bigger building in May). There are a few annoyances, but I have lived in much worse. The garbage is way too far away (an up a big hill). The fitness center is not very good. Most of the machines do not work. There is only one washer and dryer in this building, but it actually has not been a problem (no fighting for it) but it would be nice to wash more than one load at a time. I do prefer having a washer and dryer outside my apartment though (cleaner). Have not had any maintenance problems. The hallways are a little on the rundown side, but who cares, I don't live in the hallway. The overall maintenance of the apartment is pretty good and it was clean when I moved in. Sounds like one of the posters here had a bad experience because the place was very clean when I moved in and the managers were really nice. Also, all of my neighbors are pretty nice and it is a VERY quiet area. The big problems for me are garbage location and broken fitness center machines. If my building would not be torn down, I would probably stay (if they were to raise rent, which is sounds like they do then we would probably begin looking elsewhere). I think this is a good place at a reasonable price.
