Great Review! I am an educated woman with who is disabled. I moved here in December 2006. I live by the theory of the ol' DARE program. "One person can make a difference." I am not one to let low lifes run me out. If I move in and they are here...they are leaving if they are unsafe. That's it. If we all stick together, speak up, and stand up while we are here, quality change is going to be effective. If everyone waits until they get to complain after leaving on this website...well, you bunch of wimps. Do you want some chees with your whine? The management here is working so hard to protect residents, make quality structural changes, evict inappropriate residents, and they do keep confidentiality in a professional way. Many of the management employees live on the property. Our lives here are what we make it. I have noticed management here is sensitive to persons with true certified disabilities and they/we do not allow them to be bullied. When they advertise a "sense of community" they mean it. When you want to be left alone in peace...it's OK...if you want to zig-zag in and out of the community activities...it's OK. There are 196 units here. This maintenance crew is always nose to the grindstone working hard. Diversity is respected here. This is a good place to live and if YOU too adopt the ol' DARE attitude just like anywhere else, we can all expect quality living.
