I am pleased with this apartment building. It was one of the best ones we toured when we began our search. It stood out as a great apartment in the Tri-Cities; with great customer service, great grounds, nice updated amenities. The price is more than what we were paying but we also get more in return. The weight room has great equipment and a nice surround TV and a great kids room. The pool area is spacious and appears maintained well. Some of the apartments we did visit were priced the same as this one and this apartment community stood out from those. Reality is nothing is perfect and all apartments need some work. Some of the negatives so far have been there are people making noise in the parking lot at night that I have thought was a little ------ and unexpected given the quality of this apartment. Also the walls are thin and I can hear the neighbors toilet flushing or kids running about. The staff have always been helpful, although not always accurate or timely but one thing that impresses me when I stop by with a question or concern the staff knows my name, my apartment number and my kids by name. Some of the negative things I believe come with apartment living. I know if I live in a house I can be noisy, dirty, and put up a wall so I don't have to share my space with anyone else. I could have the freedom to have a pet or gas grill and do whatever I want. But I'd also have mow the lawn, trim the hedges and shovel my own snow! And I'm not ready for that responsibility..yet. This apartment is overall good. It could certainly be better as with everything in life, but I'm satisfied.
