While the apartments themselves are very nice and clean, the management is another story. Don't move here if you are under the age of 30. My two roomates and I were constantly picked on because of our age. The manager would deactivate our ammenities key for no reason at all and not inform us. We received our FIRST noise complaint after a longgggg 5 months of living there and the manager threatened to evict us. The manager was always rude and very unpleasent with my roomates and I. Don't even bother trying to get your security deposit back (300$). They'll charge you as much as they can for ANYTHING. A week after receicing a "final" account statement with nearly 500$ worth of bull$hit charges, I was sent another final account statement with even more charges. The manager also went into a friend of mines apartment who also lived there without their permission and snooped around, which is illegal. Something else interesting; my upstairs neighbors were broken into and robbed from December up until they moved out recently. The manager was contacted everytime this happened and never did anything put change the lock which obviously didn't do anything. I witnessed her admitting that the maitinence men could "easily pick any lock." Great! She wouldn't let them out of their lease either. What's funny is that the break ins stopped after one of the maitinence guys was fired, coincidence...??? Bottom line, not a fun place to live at all.
