Our payment always changed by a dollar or 2 over or short and staff was horrible at explaining. All we wanted to know what our bill was to write our checks each month but they always changed it. We never were complainers but WOW do the staff change after ending your lease. its like they always friendly until you decide to move out you see their true colors. first and most, Do not expect your deposit back. we lived in a 1 bedroom, were never even there only at night and so we kept our place super clean. we spent our entire last weekend going through the check list of how clean to turn in the apartment and felt very good about ourselves, and that wasn't even enough! oh! they charge us for carpet cleaning which i understand every state does, and to replace those little stove tops, and other bogus stuff, so in the end we did not get our deposit back and instead we had to pay close to 200 for someone to clean the apartment after it was clearly already clean! 200 just to dust the cabinets and remove dust bunnies after being vacant wow. oh wait and right when we thought it was the end like 3 months later we recieve a call saying we owe another 100 because THEY underestimated the cleaning fees... WT*??? 3 months later, and theyre still ripping us off and threating to send us to collections if we don't pay it. the apartments are really nice, but this staff is the main reason i am giving such a poor score. i am so glad i am out of there.
