Office Staff
We lived here for one year and our time here was overall good. The office staff and maintenance were always really nice and welcoming. The noise from neighbors was a bit excessive, we heard every fight and intimate moment that our next door neighbors had; but that is a part of apartment living. The pool was a great amenity when it wasn't full, it always seemed to be full of parties and I doubt most people followed the "2 guests per resident" rule. I really liked the gym and hot tub, they were never full and super convenient! Many of the other reviews are true that they are meticulous about move-out procedures and they have high expectations for what their apartments look like at move-out. You WILL have to clean your apartment very well or risk getting a cleaning fee, and they don't go easy on damages. If you damage something you will pay for it, but again that is a liability of renting. However, their prices are very fair and I didn't feel overcharged at move out when we got our final statement. I would recommend this place if you are willing to pay the rent (I think it's a bit expensive). It is in a very convenient location, especially if you need to get on the freeway to get to work or school! Just be a good resident and try to leave the apartment in the condition you received it! Don't have too much hope on getting your deposit back, either! It is only $250 so it isn't awful!
