Alta Point Apartments
Resident · 2010
We rented here under the last management, and then the management was somewhat lax. The apartment grounds have serious drainage issues, leading to mold problems in the downstairs units. Our daughter has even developed asthma since living here. The dryers are not vented properly, so I have to open my kitchen cupboards to prevent moisture from building up and mold growing there. When we rented we had full use of the pool/cabana, which has now been closed unless you want to pay a deposit. Not a family friendly home. They do have a playground, but half of the tenants around it are older people who don't have kids and for some reason expect there to be absolutely no noise from children playing outside. The new management changed a lot of the community rules, including playground/pool rules which they themselves do not bother to adhere to, but they like to post nastygrams on the apartment doors about any violations. This place is not worth living in it just for the cheaper rent. And if anyone in your family already has health issues I would steer clear of these apartments.
