You would think that paying $1045 a month would get you more than what it does here. They start you low then add $40 to $50 every time you renew. Before you know it you re paying a small mortgage. Usually you get a few good amenities for paying that much. Front office, pool, gym etc. All you get here is poor management and a rectangle of cement where a basketball hoop used to be. It broke and they never replaced it. Bless her heart Heidi; the onsite property manager is super nice. It s the back office Kim and corporate conglomerate bull ish that makes this place horrible to live. Work orders take forever to get taken care of and when they do its half ---. Not because of the maintenance guys. Ricky and his guys are cool. There doing their best with the crap tools there given. If a specialist is needed, give up now. There is a for sale sign out front. My advice would be to level the place and start over. These units are too far gone from lack of decent upkeep. A neighbor of mine has a rat problem and black mold abounds. These buildings need to be condemned by the health department now there is a number I can call!
