My experience with Willows was pretty bad. I signed a 6 month lease and later found out they wrote up a contract for 9 months, and then when I pointed it out that they filed the papers wrong, they didn't do anything to correct it. I figured it was their plan to all along. The deposit was $300 and $150 was for cleaning and $150 was refundable. They lied about this too and basically after I signed, they said $150 for cleaning and $150 for administrative fees. More like $150 dollars in their pocket. If you do agree on any terms, make sure they point it out in the contract lease, because if not, they will tell you after you agree on terms to come back and then they will file the contract the way they want and have you sign. I learnt a good lesson. But these people are dishonest. Do not get in the same position as me. Plus the hot water and electricity went out and they would never do anything. Always loud, people there just bump stereos and play xbox games all night. I mean I can hear gunfire from a game at 3-4am in the morning while I try to sleep. The rent is way to high for the quality you get here. I mean $754 for one little space. It's absurb.
