I am truly sorry that you have had an unpleasant experience with your neighbors at The Colony at Bear Creek. We have a very large community of 486 apartment homes and have several other options for you on the property if you would be interested in transferring away from the neighbors that are causing you problems. From your response, I see you have lived at The Colony for 3 years and hope we can solve this problem for you to make it another 3! Please email me directly at [email protected] to set up a time to discuss your lease options. With regard to the mailboxes, they have been vandalized twice and we have installed additional lighting and security cameras. Damage to mailboxes has been a recent problem through out the East side, not specific to this community, and the local police department is working to remedy it along with area property managers.
