So far we have been having a horrible experience. First our toilet clogs the second day and by the fourth day a pipe bursted and destroyed our bathroom. When we went to the staff to let them know this happened they told us to find the maintenance number in our lease. With our apartment flooding that is the last thing I wanted to do as I'm scrambling to use all of my towels to soak up the nasty pipe water. An hour later maintenance showed up and they were in and out of the apartment for 10 days. We couldn't use the bathroom, shower or anything. When we asked to speak to the manager the staff said she wasn't in. And she wasn't in the next 3 times we stopped in! When asked to be reimbursed because of the crappy paint job, cracked walls, holes in the wall, and mold growing, we were offered $300. This will not cover the damage. I can't wait until our lease ends!!!!
