I lived in these apartments for a year and overall I enjoyed my experience there. I live somewhere else now and would like to move back to the Windsor due to my unsatisfaction at the new place. The Windsor has decent prices for the size of apartment you get. We liked the way the dining room flowed into the living room. The kitchen was small but we don't cook so it wasn't a problem.

These apartments were quiet which made it easy to sleep. There was usually a parking spot available and if there wasn't it wasn't hard to find another parking space nearby. It's conveniently located near a grocery store among other things. The landscaping is also nice. The management is ok. They are very friendly and know who you are when you come pick up a package.

There was a slight issue with silverfish but it's a lot better than what I've dealt with in my current waterfront apartments (giant hobo spiders and tiny mosquitos in the warmer months)!

It was hard to get the maintenance man to understand everything I said because of the language barrier. There were more than one maintenance people but the one assigned to our apartment didn't speak fluent English, at least not enough to know exactly what I needed.

On the other hand, if something happens in the middle of the night they are prompt at coming and helping you out. This happened to us when we first moved in because the washer was not connected properly and the bathroom flooded. The guy was there almost immediately with a Shop-Vac and fixed our problem pronto.

I personally thing the good outweigh the bad and I've seen much worse apartments out there. This is the best apartment I've lived in out of about 5 different places I've tried.
