I lived there a little over two years, and moved out two months ago. The train goes by weekdays at 7:30 am, 9:00 am, 11:30 - noon(ish), 2:00, & 3:30 or an occassional 2 am or 4:30 am. Sometimes if the rail line is down somewhere along the way you won't hear it that often...but boy does the conductor blow that horn! I thought the place wasn't left in that bad of shape, but apparently I was wrong. I got charged for not having the tracks in the windows/slider clean and other misc things that add up quickly. I had a 2br/2ba, which was ok in size, but ackward dimensions (one wall is always at an angle). Lots of parking but people's guests often take up the spaces. Fitness room always has some piece of equipment broken, and AC rarely works in that room. They say no one under 16 is allowed in clubhouse, but there are kids there on the internet and watching the big screen ALL the time, except when the office is open. Sometimes you can hear the office workers complaining about the residents if they don't here you come in and don't see you right away. There's also a black and red beetle type bug problem in the fall/early winter, the bugs just kind of hang out all over the buildings. Summer time kids run wild through the parking lot at all hours. You can hear when people are leaving their apartment or coming up and down the stairs, or what they are watching on TV, very thin walls and floors. Seems ok at first to live there then you start to notice these things.
