Resident · 2016
To the Property owners of Shoreline Village. As being a new resident @ Shoreline Village at first the tour was great all the amenities were great. Then slowly things began to change the first week. I went to work out on most of the equipment they are so old or out dated half of them were either broken or non usable. the first week the pool was open there was no periodic supervision at the pool people were swimming in full clothing? When needing information or assistance the Management was neither at the office, answering there phones or out to lunch! Then as the weeks progressed I began to see the leasing agents picking at numerous tenants over things that were questionable to say the least. I was shocked at some of the things I see on a on going basis that goes concerning the management at this location. a double standard to say the least! I will not be renewing my lease as soon as is completed. I am very quiet and keep to myself. I like to sit out and relax on my balcony in the evenings but the things I see management doing patroling and only stopping at the same location over and over again. Is rediculous!! There was an incident last month where at the middle of the night I was awoken to numerous Richland Patrol cars in the complex looking for one of the leasing agents and her boyfriend who was armed and had destroyed some of the complexes property? DOUBLE STANDARDS!!! So again the owners of Shoreline Property? You may want to reevaluate your staff that has been hired. it may be time for a change.. CONCERNED TENANT.....
