The buildings look nice, but the management is not willing to help you out. I have put in numerous maintenance requests. Some have been answered, others not. The maintenance team will come in, look at the repair and fix it until it's "good enough" but not fixed. A couple of times they have come in while I wasn't home and left me a note saying the repair was complete when they hadn't even touched it. We have noisy neighbors below us. They play their music loud enough for us to actually hear lyrics. We've complained numerous times to the managers, but nothing has been done to remedy the situation. When we call, the office staff treats us like we are waisting their time with such complaints. They will raise the rent on you once the lease is up. They tried to raise mine $500. It's sad that they have no concept of loyalty. Parking is just ok. Some days it's easy to find a spot, but most days the parking lot is completely full. If you're willing to pay a premium to rent a garage, you will be ok having one car. The units get very cold in the winter. Our furnace was never off during the cold weather months. The areas of the apartment that are attached to the rest of the building will stay nice and warm, but any room with more than one wall facing the outside will be freezing. The grounds are usually fairly well kept, with the exception of pet messes. It seems none of the pet owners at this complex are willing to pick up after their pets. Management, too, is unwilling to fix this situation. Bottom line is they look nice if you just want somewhere to live, but if you're expecting great service or helpful maintenance, look elsewhere.
