This place looks great from the outside. In fact, the grounds are nicer than most places in the Tri-Cities, with a price to match. Unfortunately, the expression "beauty is only skin deep" applies quite well to this place. I lived here for two years. The first year was just ok, but almost immediately after signing the lease for the second year, they got incredibly lazy concerning me. They would not answer maintenance requests. When they did finally get around to it, the effort put into fixing the problem was minimal. The maintenance staff treat you like you have no idea what you are talking about; they are the professionals and we are just simpletons who are getting in their way. The office staff are unhelpful. I had to complain multiple times about a neighbor who was constantly playing loud music long past midnight. Nothing was ever done about it. Don't put forth a complaint to the manager; she'll tell the people who made the complaint. They talk to you in a cheerful voice, but there is no truth to what they are saying. They say that ______ concern will be taken care of, but they throw the complaint away the moment you walk out of the office. Parking is just ok. If you can afford to pay a premium for a garage or carport, you will be ok having one car. If you have more than one car, or don't want to spend the money on a garage/carport, you might have to walk quite a distance. Bottom line: it's a pretty place to live, but don't expect to get any help from the office staff or maintenance. Save yourself the headache and look somewhere else.
