The apartments are generously sized and have great storage, but no amenities to speak of. Difficult to get maintenance, and no onsite manager or manager staffing the building for weeks at a time. So not a great choice if you like amenities and service.

Great building - the location is wonderful, and the unit is well laid out. Maintenance requests are always handled quickly and professionally. Definitely recommend! Onsite parking and bike storage are also a plus.

Contemporary efficient apartments above retail base. Good restaurants, markets and stores. Easy access to downtown Seattle via bus, walking or light rail. Safe quiet neighborhood just steps away from Capitol Hill.

Big windows and lots of light are the best feature of my apartment. The location is also fantastic. The micro-neighborhood at 19th and Mercer is fantastic, and supports a robust mix of restaurants and services.

Great value for a well kept apartment in premium location. The maintenance staff was always prompt and friendly. Noise level could be better, but probably somewhat unavoidable given wooden floors in some units.

Great location, clean building. The residents mostly keep to themselves. Enjoy our time here, only issue is the insulation if the building. Noise from upstairs neighbors is always heard. Even just walking back and forth.

This is a very quiet and peaceful community in a beautiful neighborhood. The apartments are spacious, clean, and light. The manager, Devin, is also very friendly and helpful. I have been very happy living here.

Great location building is new and access to transportation is great. Community is vibrant with lots of services nearby. The main thing lacking is a community room to meet or use for entertaining or community events

I love this community! The location/neighborhood, the apartment itself and my neighbors are all great! Also love they are dog friendly and all of the owners are responsible and respectful of the other dogs.

Apartment is fine. Hallways are gross and not maintained. Water damage from six months ago hasn't been fixed yet. It's the price of a nice building, but it feels like living in a much cheaper building.
