It used to be more inclusive and involved . This is a tedious survey. Peopleusedyo know my Name and say hello. I used to know Neighbors due to community events but no one wants free coffee day when we get coffee. Please dont take that away too. Writing up work orders is tedious notcrazy about the app but I get it. Theres tons of new buildings popping up yet this one seems to just have a feeling of recycling tenants as if thats easier. Maintenance is beautiful building amenities look the same as opening. Verbiage on monthly rent duesuper confusing. Lease saysday3 emails say before day one. I hate that we are paying above market on rent and charged for community bills which wasnt how it was in the beginning just new owners trying to nickel and dime us because they hope were not paying attention

Every month, we provide various formats of communication. Whether it's through face to face interaction as you pass our leasing office to the elevator, posting community events or Seattle specific events on our community board/elevator signs, monthly game nights, or a-la-cart special events communicated on social media, we are determined to provide a one of a kind experience. In recent months, we have started monthly email communication prior to the 1st of the month with rent reminders, FAQ's specific to trending questions and concerns, and event updates. We would like to enhance that experience for you so that we can enhance the experience for all. When you have a moment, I encourage you to set up a time to meet so we can dive deep to your concerns and find a solution. Additionally, starting today, our team will start a survey campaign to request feedback on how we can improve our operations.
