Going Downhill
Lived here a long time and it recently went through a management change.(Sept 2012) The old mangers were great, new management is nonexistent. The place is very dirty , elevator, hallways, garage all very dirty. Lights are out all over the placeā¦Ā See More >bearcat8689

Terribly overpriced, Would never live here again
Do NOT rent here, or you'll be sorry you did. For what you pay, you can get something twice as good as what you do here. Warning: This place is EXTREMELY expensive, only because of its location, not because of quality or service. Management:ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Loved living here - sweet spot
I'd still be here but I accepted a job in SF. The managers were straightforward and professional, and were always friendly when I ran into them in the building (I just lived a few doors down). When I wanted to move to a different unitā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Do not live here!
The management is horrible, the walls are thin and the management makes the tentants deal with noise problems of other tentants. Highly suggest not living here. I moved out shortly after moving in.ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Bad Management
Great building, but management here SUCKS. They never return calls. Takes forever to get anything done. Took 6 months to have a repair completed in my unit. Commom areas are a disgrace.ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

For an "upscale" building, has poor service/maintenance
Frankly, this building is really disappointing. It's a newer building in a terrific location with the convenience of a washer and dryer right in the unit. However, the walls are thin and the construction materials are generic. Parking is also a nightmare.ā¦Ā See More >kbriden

Great place, reasonable and responsive managers
We lived at 700 Broadway for just over a year and had a great experience. We only moved from the building because we needed more space - otherwise we would have stayed. Having lived at four managed apartments over the last five years through graduateā¦Ā See More >anonymous

I think the management here is stoned half the time
I got sucked into 700 Broadway because of the location, view, and layout. All really nice. But the management here is just so terrible. I am not sure why they haven't been fired yet. They never return your calls and areā¦Ā See More >anonymous

You can do much better for the money
Don't let the outside fool you. This building is a rip-off and the unfriendly managment is awful. For the price we pay here, the building and common areas should be kept up nicely and at the very least clean -- things have justā¦Ā See More >nogojoe

I lived at 700 broadway for 6 mo and I had 4 different managers. Just when you get use to one manager they fire them. I think for as much as the tennants are paying they should have more emmenities. You notā¦Ā See More >anonymous

disappointing...apathetic
hard to believe i have been here nearly 3yrs... must be the location and my lack of interest in moving. apathy describes the managment. they are nice enough, but fail to understand that as building managers their responsibilities extend beyond the rentā¦Ā See More >shawnsmith

Overpriced, Horrible staff, but nice layouts
These apts definitely have nice layouts and interiors. Unfortunately they are super overpriced for the area, not very well built (though they give that impression at first), and worst of all the management is unfriendly, unprofessional and just plain rude. general bodaciousness
To borrow a phrase from Bill and Ted, 700 Broadway is most excellent. The location is ideal, literally on Broadway and spitting distance from all the attractions that make Broadway famout.
