Thank you for taking the time to share some feedback. We are very happy to announce that we are one third of the way through updating all of the apartments in our Court building with new flooring and fixtures. The Tower completed updates in 2013. We have also just remodeled both lobbies and our fitness center, with more updates planned for this year and next, including but not limited to exterior paint, access systems, and grills. Our new bike room was built last fall, and we installed a new bike rack with room for over 50 bikes on 3/27. It did take us longer to finish paiting the hallways than we would have liked and we apologize for the interruption. If there is anything in your apartment needing repair or replacement, please contact the office immediately. We are here 7 days a week to assist. If there is an issue such as a flood, we respond 24 hours a day and work to put everything back together as quickly as we can. We regularly shampoo the carpets but if there is any time you notice an unpleasant smell or pet odor, please let us know. As for noises and smells from outside, it is Belltown. There is so much to love about living where you can walk to the best restaurants, shops, venues, transportation routes, sporting events and even work! I hope you will enjoy the energy surrounding our community. We have over 400 homes here and we want each and every resident to feel comfortable and enjoy their home. I am truly sorry you had a bad experience. If you are still a current resident and wish to discuss any of your concerns, please contact me at [email protected] or (206) 443-9300. Thank you.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts about your experience. Resident feedback is very important to me, and I want to ensure that your concerns are addressed. As for your concern about pricing, we fairly comply with the lease agreement in place, and are very transparent in our communication regarding fees and pricing. However, we do adjust rates to best reflect the current market value for the types of apartments available. We have a beautiful, well-maintained community with dedicated staff. We strive to be the best deal with respect to the exceptional service, available amenities and responsive maintenance a resident gets for the price, compared to other communities in our area. If you have any other concerns or questions about how our fees are assessed, don't hesitate to contact me at [email protected] or at (206) 443-9300.

Thank you for posting your thoughts about living at Centennial Plaza. Reading these reviews and hearing resident feedback is important to me, as we use it to make our community better for all of our residents. As for your concern about pricing, we do adjust rates to best reflect the current market value for the types of apartments available. These rates can fluctuate daily, and we do our best to communicate rate changes to residents during the renewal process. I am sorry you are not pleased with your experience here, and I would like to make it better. I am here to listen to your concerns, either in the office, or at [email protected] or at (206) 443-9300.

Thank you for taking the time to post your honest feedback. I do want our residents to be proud to call Centennial Tower and Court their home, and so I read every review posted about our community. It is important to know where our residents think we missed the mark, as well as where we have done well - so that we can improve Centennial Tower and Court for everyone. When it comes to moving in furniture, we do ask that residents make an appointment, when our staff is available to assist. For particularly tricky items, such as long couches, we do sometimes suggest professional movers, as they may have more experience with difficult moving situations. We called your room mate shortly after you moved in because we noticed a better rate was available for your apartment with a ten month lease, and we wanted to make that option available to the both of you. I am sorry you have had a negative experience, and I would be happy to discuss our fees or any other concerns with you. You may contact me any time at [email protected] or at (206) 443-9300.
