Great Staff Bad Traffic

I am a current remnant in the Dexter My thoughts on the building are this: Location: The traffic can be pretty bad due to its position between 99 and Dexter. Honestly it used to be ok except during rush hour but the renovations that removed the option for buses to pull off the street now have them stopping traffic completely when ever they pick up anyone. The same renovation also removed most of the turn lanes, so the result is the same whenever anyone turns across traffic. Despite those annoying factors I like the neighborhood. It is far enough away from downtown that you do nott permanently feel subjected to "the city bustle" but close enough that you can walk downtown in about 20 minutes (little over a mile). I would never move into an apartment on the 7th floor as it is ground level for 99 (we are set into a hill) but the mid floor aparments offen have trees and bushes out side the windows, it gives the illusion of not living in the city at all. If you are on the south side of the building you receive a Fair amount of sunlight as well. There is a Taco del Mar, Starbucks, and a good sushi place in the bottom of the building which can be Hard on a budget haha. Quality: The layouts of the apartments are very interesting and allow for the development of a cool home environment. The only downside to the apartment is that they do have cheap appliances I have has issues with the dishwasher garbage disposal and toilet, this is offset by the very attentive, prompt and professional maintenance staff. If not for them I do not believe the place could function. Staff: The managing staff is very friendly and welcoming they do their best to be helpful, that is not to say that they have always given me the correct information or been available when I need them. I can say that generally that have been pleasure to work with and do great job of maintaining the environment of the building. The events that the building hosts are very fun and might be worth moving in for alone. I already. Covered the maintenance staff (top notch). Summary: I guess I would say that if you can deal with sometimes awful traffic and tolerate having to have some things fixed every now and then this would be a great apartment to live in. I have renewed my lease already and barring a sudden move would Probably do so again.
