Im very happy to be living at Element 42. Its quiet and I love the view from the roof top. Everyone is so welcoming and there is lovely music playing in the entrance with sweet treats too! Nice Holiday decorations! See More

Great experience I have no complaints at all I love this apartment and would share with friends and family to get a place here. Office staff is helpful with any questions you have and concerns you need answered too.

Element 42 is amazing. The staff, Anna and Diego specifically, are kind and attentive. We love the walkability of the place, and all of the amenities that the building has to offer. I would highly recommend living here!
