Not very happy with this place
The apartment itself is not bad - small but nice, it has in unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. The problem is the neighborhood. It's so loud here it's unbelievable. There are always helicopters flying very low over the roof to land at the hospital at all times day and night, and now there are building a fire station accross the street. I can't wait! The second you leave the apartment you are getting hit up for spare change because it's one block from the jail and park where 90% of Seattle's homeless live. People are breaking into cars in the parking garage. Prepare to be up every Friday and Saturday night from 2 -4 am as drunks return to their cars from pioneer square, and the police use loud speakers to expedite the process. I've never heard this many sirens in my life. The parking situation is terrible, as visitors need to pay $5 an hour to visit you. The nieghborhood isn't very safe either. The crackheads make sure of that. I'm out of here! Wahoo!Share This Review
