Horrible, horrible apartment complex at a good location.
Parking: there is parking, but good luck getting on the wait list. Also, don't be fooled -- if you ever get the opportunity to park there, it's $100 /month. Noise: Walls are paper thin, as are windows. You will hear your rude, noisy neighbors allā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Great Price For The Location!
I've been looking all over Capitol Hill for decent apartment but within my price range (in this horrible economy). Fortunately, I found what worked for me at Harvard House and couldn't have found a better deal! Remember, location, location,location.ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

First apt in Seattle and I loved it
I moved in July 2007 and just moved out yesterday. I had an amazing two years living in my one-bedroom and would love to return to the building someday. The unit was pretty small - I made it work but lived alone. I wouldn't recommendā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Lackluster at Best
The apartment seemed nice at first. The landlords were kind and accommodating to our requests to move in a week early with no extra charge. We only had minor problems with the apartment itself. Our bathroom door had too many coats of paint on itā¦Ā See More >anonymous
