I definitely enjoyed living here. The apartments are advertised as "condo-style"--they're pretty nice: black kitchen appliances, granite countertops (you almost never see that in an apt building), clean carpet.

Common areas: rooftop deck has an amazing view and has a lot of deck furniture, which is great for entertaining and inviting friends. There's a small gym which has the basics but you can feel like a fishbowl in there. Parking, although underground and considered secure, can be somewhat unsafe---I remember in my year there that there were numerous breakins with damages to some cars (!!). That's likely moreso because of the neighborhood--which isn't bad, just isn't really the safest.

One thing I liked---USUALLY there's ample parking around the building for your friends/guests to park in. (the exception, of course, is on a weekend night) That's something to note considering this is a Cap Hill apt.

Management is very professional and works hard. I think some of the rules can be ----.

I was also annoyed that I still paid the full cleaning fee when I moved out, despite me laboring over cleaning my place like crazy before I left.

Noise isn't bad as 12th Ave is usually not too loud. Those that face the South or West may hear late-night noises from Century Ballroom if you sleep with your windows open.

I had a fabulous view of Mt Rainier (I faced South) and loved my apartment. It was very heat efficient (almost NEVER had to turn on the heat)--as a result, my electricity bills were pretty decent.

I do think that these apartments are a bit on the pricier side for Cap Hill. I only rented because I got a super deal when they were first advertising.
