Overlook At Magnolia Apartments

The building is older, and has an old feel to it. Upon move in, they do a good job of making sure the spot the old dings and scratches that come from the old building. So upon move out, you don't get screwed by what others have done. The staff is helpful, the Property director (Monica) is wonderful as well, and review you may read about her, must mainly have been written by someone who never had actual contact with her, unless they were moving out or in. The maintance men are wonderful and quick to respond, and the woman who cleans the buildings is just sweet as pie. Always friendly, with a cheerful comment to make whenever she sees you. You can paint the walls, and basically make it as homey as possible. I love that bout it. There are not many children in the building, and we must be one of the few renters that DO have a child. He has a handicap, and when i talked to the director about it, she was more than understanding, and so respectful. When she calls for any reason, she doesn't start off by giving you the complaint, or being rude at all. We had a financial difficulty two months in a row due to hospital visits with our son, and our paychecks being drained due to hospital bills. Although the must go with the protocol, she was still asking me bout my son first, and after a little venting on my part, she just let me know the facts. I really respected her for that. If you're looking to rent, LeAnna does a wonderful job showing you as many apartments as you want to see, without any annoyed bone in her body. She just wants you to see that perfect home. I love it here. I am happy, and could not have picked a better place to live. Magnolia can be a bit of a labarynth to get to and from, but this is a perfect location with some amazing views. Consider strongly renting in this area, and just get to know the staff. They are great.
