I don't know what all the hoopla is in these other reviews ? I've lived in these apts for nearly two years now, and yes the elevator was broke but seriously there's like 8 stairs between each floor it's not that big of a deal to walk up the stairs! Not to mention it's beentaking over by a new property manager when I first got here there was no love given to this place the carpet in the hallways looked like and old casino , since then the new managers have fixed the elevator, changed the carpet, painted the walls , and the courtyard out back is looking great too! I haven't had too many issues but when I do for example a toilet issue I send in a request to fix their out the next day and then within the week a follow up call to make sure the problem is fixed! You can't ask for more! Their apt building there's more than one type of person that lives in each apt and you can't put the blame on the building you have to think about what type of people live there! I have a great one bedroom apt with hardwood floors a nice view of the courtyard, everything works and it's a great price! And did I mention your in the heart of west Seattle walking distance to great food, coffee, shopping and so much more, also step right outside and catch the bus downtown in 10 mins! I have friends that live in places like belltown and you can fit their studio apt in my living room and double the price, that's just insane! I can't imagine a person would live at a place for so long and not like it? I'm not complaining not to mention their pet friendly ;) like i said I don't know what all the hoopla is in the other reviews, sounds to me like someone didn't get what they want and had a fit ranting on the web:) me I'd tell any of my friends to move into the building on people I knwo on the street , I mean it's an old building you have to expect things to go wrong every now and then and when they do aomeones on it to fix it right away! If you ask me I don't plan on moving anytime soon and I know there's people that have lived here even longer than me there's a lady that's been here for 42 years so let's be serious would people stay that long if it was as bad as others say?
