The cost of each apartment is calculated based on many items. Each and every apartment home's cost is continuously evaluated and the prices vary depending on market conditions. Please understand that we always provide our residents with the best possible pricing given their specific apartment, market conditions and other related factors. We also provide renewal offers in advance in order to give our residents ample time to make their housing decisions. We certainly apologize if the construction across the street is being disruptive. Please inform us if construction is occurring at odd hours so that we may contact the city and hold them accountable. We are happy to hear that you appreciate the onsite associates and have had good experiences when working with them.
