The bedrooms are small, but the living space is nice. There is a G/D and D/W which is important. Nice windows, not drafty at all. Well insulated, we were on the 4th floor and didn't have to pay for heat all year. Have to spend quarters for laundry machines. But the managers are responsive and maintenance requests are attended to promptly. This place is tidy and compact.
