A fine choice
This is nice apartment. The building is new, they even put up little roofs at the front door so we don't get soaked when in rains. We lived on the first floor so we hard some stomping, but nothing major. If you're lucky, you can hear this couple in the adjacent buildling doin' it -- then you can yell "keep up the good work!" But this is only during the summer when you have your windows open. Management is nice, they fixed everything quickly. Kitchen is splendid. The Kelsey is close to Quiznos, safeway, portage bay, etc. so it's not so hard to get around. One of the dryers in the laundry room was free. But I think management may have figured this out and replaced it. Three things I wasn't happy about. 1) The bedrooms are small, I don't know what the idiot who drew this floor plan was thinking because the living room is huge, but the bedrooms are boxes. 2) Packages from UPS and FedEx always never get delivered. They just leave a door slip and you have to go to freaking Renton or Alaska St. to get it. There's not much you can do about this one. 3) Lastly, during the beginning of the year the street out front was empty, but now they have a bunch of fences and ---- because they're doign something with the medical buildling across the street. This is a pain in the ---. I don't know what all the other people are complaining about (puke in the hallway, super loud rooms, etc.) There was none of this. And they always steam and vaccum the hallways. How nice. Try to get a unit on the first floor.Share This Review
