For what we are paying, it is definitely not worth it. Our apartment was never finished, and we are finding new issues by the week. The management group is very disorganized and because there isn't even an office here they aren't always readily available to contact. The after hours people are not qualified for their job; they simply read off a protocol and spit back what it says without any real useful suggestions. Things are always breaking and we are getting very tired of always submitting work orders.
