Nice and clean on the regular. Very nice office workers. They just change on the regular! I love my a apartment, it's just missing a few amenities that I'm use to having and with my health it will probably lead me to moving.

My stay here has been average, I would not recommend to friends and family. Maintenance team is good, management has changed a few time with no consistency at all. Emails go out from staff all the time

I've been enjoying my time here so far. The apartment life team is amazing and makes it a fun time and I've gotten to know neighbors. The apartments are pretty clean and the amenities are nice. Location is amazing for my commute.

The leasing office staff will flat out ignore you if you ask questions or file a complaint. Greystar Property Management doesnt care about you as a person, they just want your money. Repairs in my unit took damn near three months to complete and I have received NO response whatsoever to my complaint, nor received compensation.

I let the office know someone tried to break into my apartment and I asked to move to another apartment. Especially since the person whose window is across from mine is a volatile person who has had multiple complaints brought up. Who knows, the person could have been him! No one responded. Complete disrespext. When I end up on dateline, I hope your entire business gets shut down because no one trusts you guys for a safe place to live!!!! Office even had to come clean blood off my door! That's how bad he was trying to get into my studio apartment!!!!

I am completely dissatisfied with the smoking on the premises, the noise level from the rooftop after 10 PM, and though breakdown of appliances.I am quite satisfied with the maintenance people and mostly the racing team has been helpful.

My experience living at The station Othello park is pretty awesome and I’m not just saying that lol. There is a lot of cool stuff to do around the building. It’s a very peaceful and quiet space. Residents that live here are very friendly, they Stay to them selves, and they respect your space. The buildings cleanliness is on point.

Dont bother living here. Not worth it. My catalytic converter was stolen from my car in the secured garage and management did nothing to help when it cost me over $4500 to fix it. It happened when the garage doors started malfunctioning but no one warned residents of the security issue, and the doors werent having issues until after I parked my car there. Its the loudest place Ive ever lived. It smells bad all the time. The building is always +20 degrees hotter inside than outside during the summer. My floors get hot to the touch during 90 degree days and my only window is only compatible with the very expensive portable AC units. Its just not worth it. I moved here because I got a deal on rent but that was completely negated after my catalytic converter was stolen. The park is nice, being close to the light rail is nice, but thats kind of it.

Very frustrated with the administration staff. Not good at all I have been waiting on my refund check since January 2021 and never received, keep calling every month and always an excuse. They just keeping saying it has been sent out, but it never arrived. How that possible? What makes us very frustrated is they did never call us we always have to call them in order to have an update on the issue. Very bad experience...

Living at the station was my dream. The first year was great with excellent and helpful management. My only problem during my first year was the false alarms at nights and the noises from outside. The management changes every time and no communication about it from the office. Someone break into my car and management was not helpful at all. Constant Screaming and fighting in 3rd floor.

Very quite and clean apartments. I really feel secure being a resident here. Sometimes on weekends people in the lounge area can be a trouble for the groundfloor residents since they make noise and party but otherwise they are best in everything.

A great property in a convenient location. I can shop for food and such near by, or catch a bus all right by. The grounds are clean, and the waste management is very good. The rooftop resident area is very nice with a hot tub available. Love the view from there on a nice sunny Seattle day.

I was told that there are a lot of parking spots available. I close a lot of the time at my job and when I get home all the parking is packed and only ones left are the ones closest to the walls. Which I parked on the second day and scratched up the side of my car because the post goes into your parking line. So let's make sure we are monitoring people's vehicles that don't have a parking pass and get them all towed. And also the other day, I was walking outside the Parkside entrance around the middle of the day, and before I could even step foot off the sidewalk, 3 ---------------- men tried to start a fight with me for no reason. This is unacceptable! Hope there are cameras facing the Parkside main door exit. I don't know if we have it, but I believe at a place like this we need to have a security that walks around the building and takes care of the residents.

Very impressed so far with the quality of the maintenance team. Upon moving in, I discovered that my washer need to be replaced. I contacted maintenance and they replaced it with a brand new set within four hours! This is a good sign for a new resident. Keep up the great work!

My experience living at the Station at Othello has been wonderful despite covid 19 restrictions and the pandemic. The community and even other residents have been great. Litterally, the only bad thing I have to say is sometimes the cell phone service wasn't the best.

In our 10 days of staying here with my wife, we feel that we are living in our own home with freedom and integrity. The vicinity is clean. It is not a crowded place. This place is strategically situated to commercial establishments where we could buy our basic necessities and do some of our financial transactions. Likewise, the train and bus station is relatively close to the place which is very important for us since we go to work very early everyday.

Management team has fairly regular turnover, so they don't always know exactly what they're doing. However, they try, it's a good complex, things generally work, and maintenance is quick to respond to issues.

its nice living here they are close to transit and some of my favorite seattle eateries are here. the staff is also great and professional. noise levels can get pretty high but the windows are double panned and closing them greatly reduces the noise.

Awesome place to live! Clean, excellent location. Top notch leasing office staff! Especially Alicia. She is just awesome. Like I could write a paragraph about how good she is. Maintenance staff is super. I've had a few issues with neighbors but you can't have everything

Honestly, this is a very pricey apartment complex considering the ammenities are always down. Elevators are constantly down, the fire alarm is being pulled every single weekend. Fights in the park, the park is riddled with cigarette buds from people who live here, broken glass and spilled alcohol in the elevators when they do work. Best thing about this place is the maintenance team (who is so kind and on top of it), the ladies who clean and vacuum every floor (so nice) and sometimes the rental staff who aren't completely terrible.
