The building and staff are average. But the parking garage security and noise level needs improvement. There is a lot of traffic and construction near the building. I think this will get worse with the opening of the whole foods downstairs.

I feel that with a building that isnt very old, a lot of things have been going wrong...especially fire alarms. Security in the garage has been very poor as well. The amenities when working correctly are very nice. The outdoor areas are very welcoming.

Good apartment. Great location. Feels safe and secure. Has a good variety of businesses. The locker systems is not well planned. The secure parking is always broken. And definitely more expensive than other apartments in the neighborhood.

Thank you for leaving a review, we understand the construction noise with Whole Foods and surrounding communities going up can be frustrating but we are continually working with Whole Foods. They would like to be as accommodating as possible to our residents, so if there is anything specific you'd like to address let me know. We have fixed the issues with the fire alarm panels and understand that was very challenging to live with, we are happy that this has been resolved. Regarding the gate to the reserved parking area, we have increased security since someone accidentally ran into the gate and we are working on options to find a better solution to the gate repair timeline.
