Good building to live in!
I have lived in Union Bay for about 6 years now. Other reviewers have already mentioned the good location, the access to downtown, streetcar, buses, and rooftop deck. The neighborhood is changing fast, which does lead to construction. But on the plus side, the vacantā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Good place to live
I've lived at this complex for a little over two years and in 4 different units. The apartment manager (Shauna) has been more than helpful with me over these past years. I will truly miss having her there when my tour is upā¦Ā See More >kmonkey

Overall Nice Place
I was sorry I moved out of this place when they gave us the majority of the deposit back despite some small damage we admittedly caused. Very Honest staff, down to earth, helpful. The Parking is cramped but you get one long space that canā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Great apts, lot of construction in area though
I really like this apartment, though the recent construction in the entire surrounding area is extremely noisy quite early in the morning and is something future renters should be aware of. That really isn't the fault of the apt staff though, and want to pointā¦Ā See More >anonymous

We had a great stay at Union Bay
We stayed in Seattle (June 2005 - Sept. 2005) at Union Bay for three months for medical reasons. The studio we rented (furnished)was lovely. I can't say enough about the staff, if any thing was wrong, a staff member was right there to fix it.ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Would never go back
Management was very poor and rude. Parking space was often taken by maintenance and got a ticket because i had to park outside. Trash chute often clogged, causing smell in hallway and in garage.
