Worst apartment I have experienced in Seattle so far. I lived in this apartment for 2 years and the management team changed every 2-3 months. Whenever I was able to find someone in the office, they usually were just a temp and could not answer any of my questions or weren't even allowed the keys to the office. Even when I was finally moving out the manager was not in the office to do a move out inspection and called me over a week later saying my roommate and I owed hundreds of dollars in damage fees, but we had left our apartment very clean and damage free. Trash in the parking garage is always overflowing and makes the garage smell horrible. Walls are so thin that I could hear the couple in the apartment next to me always fighting and despite complaining the management team did not take any action regarding the noise complaints. The elevator broke more than 5 times when I lived here and would be out several weekends in the summer. Our kitchen sink also started leaking a ton of water and no one was sent out to fix it for a week. This apartment is way overpriced for the horrible management and customer service you'll experience. Find another living community!

We are disappointed to hear that you found your experience living at Vantage Park less anything less than excellent. In my length of time at Vantage Park, I have experienced two noise complaints. With both of them, I contacted the residents who had been reported and they ceased repeating any offenses. I find that solutions can be reached through communication and respect much more quickly than force and accusation. If a resident becomes a habitual offender - we can and will take more drastic action, but in the 5 months of my management - the building has been quiet. In regards to your move out charges, unfortunately, we have several photos that are contradictory to your description of leaving behind a clean and damage free apartment. That said, we were extremely lenient with our charges and saved you several hundred dollars. You stayed past your lease - legally, we could have charged an additional $504. We waived those charges. We first called out a professional carpet cleaner to evaluate your carpet - and they determined it need to be replaced. They don't get paid for making this evaluation and in fact, lose work by determining it. Our total cost exceeded $1500. We billed you $400.You had not made an appointment for a move out walk through or communicated a time when you would be leaving - and despite hours being posted about when management would be back from lunch, you chose to put your keys under the office door and leave without doing a walk through. As a courtesy, once all charges had been assessed, management called you to discuss them the following week.
