Through we under COVID-19 situation, the apartment still running under good efficiency, neighbors also all willing to follow social distance rules, pretty good community, good neighborhood, nice staff, basically nothing to complain about.

While there was some understandable hesitation at first, since being implemented last year, the Fetch package delivery service has shown to be a great benefit to the building and many residents of Via6. In most cases, packages delivered to the Fetch warehouse can be scheduled to be delivered to your door on the same day. If you ever experience an issue using the Fetch service, I would strongly suggest calling their customer support at (972) 861-2837. They have been phenomenal in resolving all kinds of issues. Leasing team is standoffish. Apartment appliances are outdated. Garbage chute frequently doesn't work. No communication about new protocol to address disinfecting common areas to protect residents from coronavirus..... Don't see anyone wiping down anything......do not recommend this property.
