Still a great place to live!
The Villa marjorie is still a great building to live in. Me and my Partner have lived there on and off for 5 years. We keep coming back. It is a great location. Parking available (a few break ins and cars stolen) but that isā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Do NOT move here.
I have lived here for 3 years and the management still continue to stall and lie. I can't believe that new people continue to move in despite the never-ending construction and empty promises.ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Poop Valhalla at the Villa Marjorie
Getting better all the time? You've GOT to be kidding! Let's start with the FECES on our balcony from the upstairs neighbor's dog! EXTENSIVE TOXIC MOLD DAMAGE to both buildings! METAL SHARDS and various other DEBRIS in our apartment from ongoing CONSTRUCTION! SCAFFOLDING and flameā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Do NOT move here!
I have lived here for almost 3 years in the past year this place has gone downhill. The building is falling down and the management sucks. Don't even waste your time looking, just check out the scaffolding and yellow caution tape surrounding the building-ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

I love this place, but the fee for pets
Building and neigbords are great. I'm only found the fee for pets its so far exagerated $ 300 dollars ( $150 non refundable)and also pets more than 20 pounds are not allowed. If the owners change that situation it will be the perfect place toā¦Ā See More >mcct

Construction and Compensation
The construction is ruff but the compensation is about 75% to 80% off the regular rent. Most tenats pay about 250-350 dollars a month if they are in a construction unit. July 1st a new manager takes over named Candace. Looks likeā¦Ā See More >olddog

Rebuttal to "Worst Placed I ever Lived"
Well, here we are again writing a rebuttal to an angry tenant who didn't get the money they wanted when they moved out (they wanted all deposits both refundable and non-refundable, which they got. And they wanted the full move paid for and depositsā¦Ā See More >anonymous

loved living here
I only lived here one year and had a fabulous time and really miss my apartment (4th floor, facing west). The manager at the time (Julia) was absolutely amazing--she even bought me a dinner gift certificate once for some silly issues I had withā¦Ā See More >Jaimeturnsthepage

Worst place I have ever lived
My boyfriend and I moved into the Villa in March and loved it. We had a great apartment, a great view and the location couldn't have been better. Slowly over the past 3 months, the manager that was once creepily nice has becomeā¦Ā See More >villamanager

Rebuttal to "use to be cool"

Getting better everyday!
The view is to die for and the fellow tenants are all very diversified and easy going. You could never tell the courtyard was only a block from Olive, it is so quiet. The best part thouh has got to be the management,ā¦Ā See More >flash6

Not my style
I lived in the place for over 9 months. Was offered free parking for a certain period.

Cons: I think the price is extremely high. Noise from neighbors and street is unbearable. The manager procrastinates and doesnĀ“t care. The "secured" parking garage is vandalized andā¦Ā See More >activeserver

Very nice units, very nice mgmt
