Just moved in
I liked living here but the walls are so thin, you know more about your neighbors than you want to! When the other apts in West Seattle were sold, do you know what their lease buy-outs were? I still have most of theā¦Ā See More >StrawberryTech

I moved here in June, and I haven't experienced any of these problems either...living on the first floor as well but toward the back in the courtyard was a dream come true, my toddler could go out and play around and well, yeah. It wasā¦Ā See More >anonymous

It's pretty nice
I don't know if it's just that management has changed or something, but I actually like the Watermarke quite a bit. I've never had any problems with any of the things that people have complained about. Everything was very clear as far as the electricity,ā¦Ā See More >tubbietoes

Thin walls, bad value
You can hear EVERYTHING through the walls. I moved (even broke my lease) when I couldnĀ“t get any sleep for days on end. When I left there was serious water damage visible on the outside of the building. It looked like it was falling apartā¦Ā See More >anonymous

HORRIBLE! DonĀ“t expect to sleep!
We counted down the days until we were able to leave. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment. Upon viewing it I specifically asked what we were expectd to pay. I was told we would only pay electric and phone, so we wereā¦Ā See More >Hanginaround

flushing your cash is more satisfying
In the (exactly) 365 days I lived there, I have had maintenance concerns that were never resolved, unprofessional treatment, and I hated going home.

When I asked the manager to check the oven, she told me the maintenance man checked it and it was fine.ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Just so so
The apartments are nice on the surface- but very small. WeĀ“ve had a leak in our front windows since we moved in that cannot be repaired without ripping off the siding for the entire building (all the units on our side have this problem).ā¦Ā See More >Watermark At West Seattle
