I have never been so disappointed with management in my life. I signed the contract (unfortunately didn't review the townhouse before signing) and we asked to see the townhouse but they said people were still living there but they let us view a 'model' townhouse. A week before move in, we came back to hopefully view the townhouse and they said it wasn't ready yet. They didn't let us view the apartment until the move in date when we received our keys. We opened up the townhouse with the hope it was like the 'model' they showed us but guess what, it was a disaster. The carpet was dirty and torn. The door to the bathroom was off the hinge and had major paint issues. The bathroom sink leaked. The bathroom tub would not drain. The appliances were old and although they functioned, they were not like the ones in the model. I fixed most of these issues except for the carpet and the appliances. We already moved in our furniture and didn't want to deal with it. On move out, I asked for them to come by and check the place. They said everything was ok except they might need to clean one spot but it shouldn't cost a lot. The next thing I knew I got a huge bill for carpet cleaning. When we moved in, the carpet was in such a bad state that it should have been replaced. Now they are charging me for cleaning the carpet? This is not right. These are horrible people.
